5 Beekman St. (Repurposed)

5 Beekman in NYC, located one block from City Hall, has sat vacant for almost 10 years.   The building held a variety of tenants, to include various law offices.  The Atrium of this building was boarded off in 1940 due to fire code violations.  It wasn’t until 2010 when renovations started that the atrium was discovered.  It has been used in many photo shoots since it was discovered.
